Curtain fire dampers are an affordable option for meeting fire safety requirements. They can close at the first signs of fire without an actuator.

These dampers use an accordion-style curtain blade held over the damper opening by a fusible link. When temperatures reach the threshold, the link breaks and the curtain falls.

Cesco Products offers curtain fire dampers for static or dynamic air conditions, for vertical or horizontal mounting, and for fire resistance ratings of 1.5 or three hours.
