Curtain Fire Dampers

Your project will require fire dampers in the penetrations of any fire barrier. Otherwise, it's not a complete fire barrier. Consider adding a low cost option: curtain fire dampers. These dampers close off barrier penetrations at the first signs of fire, without an actuator.
